    Please post your logs the default location is:
    For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
    For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
    Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
    If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

      Hi,

      - Please uninstall DVDFab first.
      - delete all DVDFab9 files under C:\Users\User name\AppData (it's a hidden folder)\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\DVDFab 9.
      - And then reinstall DVDFab 9208 again. Not need to change the install path.
      - Check the Advanced Settings again.

          when you uninstalled dvdfab, did you run a good registry cleaner ??
          also re download a fresh copy of the dvdfab installer.

            We did some fixes for this issue. Please try it again and tell me the result.

            Not need to do any changes when installing.

              I didn't see other reply as I did this... but I completely uninstalled any previous version, and re-install 9208 to different path ...\dvdfab instead of dvdfab 9 and it worked.
