To be honest it's really easy to reproduce with most every BD out there.
As soon there is a lot of talking happening in a movie you can be sure DVDFab will miss out some subtitles. I keep seeing it happening again and again with many different BDs.
In other words it's almost 2016 and DVDFab still can't do PGS subtitles properly. I reported that issue 2 years ago and you have not managed to fix or at least acknowledge the issue within that time.
