The current DVD to Mobile and File to Mobile are mainly designed to handle DVD resolution or smaller output. This is likely why the subtitles are not being resized properly. You might have better luck once the Blu-Ray to Mobile product that is being worked on is finished. Sorry, no ETA is available.
