Yes it's better but still only 5 minutes 49 seconds .
I suspect this is the "Menu" .VOB.
Play it by itself in VLC or other Media Player & see.

The 2nd VOB & All movie are done from different rips.
One is FullDisc & one MainMovie .
I going to compare them anyway
          FullDisc:
          VTS_01_1.VOB Duration: 5 min 50 s
          Overall bit rate : 83.4 Mb/s

          MainMovie:
          VTS_01_1.VOB Duration: 1 min 42 s
          Overall bit rate: 24.5 Mb/s
The bit rate has to be incorrect on both (way to large) & they don't match in duration.
If DVDFab is also reading it this way no wonder the sync is off.
This would mean the VTS_01_1.VOB is corrupt . Actually probably the .IFO file containing incorrect information.

This is from the VTS_01_2.VOB which is closer to "normal".
          Duration: 24 min 46 s
          Overall bit rate: 5 780 kb/s

Both have this which is a reason the sync is also off.
Video Frame rate: 29.970 (30000/1001) FPS
Audio Frame rate: 31.250 FPS (1536 SPF)

If they are not matched in the DVD rip then DVD Ripper isn't going to correct this.
One way I see to fix this is to Demux the video & audio files.
Use a converter that will remux them & allow the audio delay to be adjusted.

I don't have the Quadrophenia DVD or any other DVD with a similar problem so I can't test .
I know of two softwares that might be able to fix the DVD rip & then DVD Ripper might work.
Both would need to do this to the decrypted rip or have Passkey running in the background.

On the FullMovie rip did you do the rip DVD-9 ?
Or compress to DVD -5 ?
I can't say ripping DVD-9 will correct the problem but if you did DVD-5 then that might be worth a try.

We can reproduce it, developer will check this.
