Blu Ray rips crop is off center top to bottom

it wasn't until I switch the h264 setting from AMD APP to DXVA that I achieved a normally cropped result. Rip time 1 hr, 20 mins, about double the time over lightning settings. (Disabling GPU acceleration completely resulted in a rip time of 2 hr, 4 minutes.)

Switched to QuickSync and cropping worked fine. Logs during AMDAPP decoding and INTEL decoding session attached.
