[Solved] DVDFab v11.0.8.4 (Win) Blu Ray Ripper keeps crashing

    Hello everybody,
I have been using DVDFab for a few years and have always been satisfied, but since the latest update the Blu Ray Ripper has broken off permanently, i.e. an error message is generated and the action is canceled. I have already sent the log files to support, but have not yet received a response.

I use the program with the following computer:

    i7 - 4790K (Intel HD Graphics 4600)
    Geforce GTX 1650 (CUDA 10.2)
    Win10 (64-bit)

So far everything went perfectly, but since I have version 11.0.8.4, I only get crashes. The crashes happen in all films. I rip the films in MP4 format.

I am then back to version 10.2.1.7. and everything is running fine again.
Maybe someone has an idea why this is, or is there a known bug here?

Thank you for your help or support.

    Greetings Peter

Hello, sorry that you got this problem with the new version. Did you send the crash report?
Or, please save and zip the crash report file and send it to us for troubleshooting.

If you don't receive any crash report, please send us the feedback ID, here is how to get the ID: DVDFab Forum - Log Files Help Our Developers Troubleshoot Your Problems Quickly

BTW, I move your topic to the Ripper section.

      Hello,

I sent the crash report (LOG file) yesterday.
However, I can reproduce the error again and send a new report.

Please try again, but save and send me the report file directly. You can send it to my email account.

The latest driver is installed on the graphics card and in the meantime I have installed version 11.0.8.2 and everything works perfectly.

@Misk11,please completely remove all DVDFab 11 from your computer, and then download and install v11.0.8.4 from https://www.dvdfab.cn/download.htm to try again.
