I noticed the other day that the movies I ripped to mp4 mobile high guality have stop working on my iphone 10 xr. The phone says there's a problem loading content..I deleted them and ripped it again and reloaded the moves but still won't play. I did use another freeware program and those movies play fine.Has anyone else had this issue.

Hi,
It's a bug of Apple after iOS 13.4, it could not play back the MP4 file in AAC 5.1 audio but it's OK to playback the 2.0 audio, we will add a new profile "MP4.Mobile" and output 2 channels default. For now, you can use the profile "iPhone XR" first.
btw, Apple fixed the bug at iOS 13.6, not sure when will be released.

Thank you Wilson I ripped a new mp4 AC-3/2 audio and now plays on my iPhone XR . I sure hope apple fix comes out soon, During this pandemic I spent the last 3 months ripping over a thousand movies.Last edited by oppy; 06-12-2020, 01:16 AM.Comment
