BD Ripper (3D Plus) Gounod Romeo et Juliette Blu-ray will NOT rip or copy. Just hangs and gets "failed"

When I try to rip OR copy Gounod Romeo et Juliette (blu-ray) 2009 Unitel Classica (UPC 44007 34521) DVDFab just hangs/fails/crashes.... Any suggestions ?

I carefully cleaned the disc (first time playing the disc and it does play in a media player on my PC and in my home media center etc. DVDFAB reads the disc contents - no problem etc. When I try to rip/copy that's when DVDFAB stops working. Strange.

Any techniques or thoughts on this.? I already uploaded this disc's "info".
