    Convert
    Output

Then try and see if will work
Tried it with same results, it crashes when it starts to encode and then the standard DVDFab form comes up to forward the information and dump files.

I have had similar crash with all movies when convert from MKV to iPhone. I have reported it, Ting aware of it and working on it... So, if all-software settings wouldn't work for you, I would suggest to sit and wait for next beta.
Where is GPU acceleration located, I could not find that one.

I did find this in the common settings under A/C CODEC:
      Graphics Chipset :
      NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GT

      Supported Video Codecs :

      CoreAVC : cannot be detected.

Not sure if this would effect DVDFab 8 and not 7.

        Well Ozzie,

This time I am at a total lost. I have DVDFab 7 and it works perfectly but I just installed DVDFab 8 On the same PC and I am trying to do a DVD to Mobile. Everything looks normal, I put the DVD in it reads it and breaks it down on the "DVD Ripper - Generic" page. I click on the Start button, and then...

"A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is avialiable."

My DVDFab 7 is still installed on the same machine and it works with no issues.

Exactly same problem for me. But when i rinstal DVDFAB7... (i forget witch one i have) : i have the same pb now

Hope Fentago will find the problem.

For me it's the 1st time i have pb with dvdfab to mobile

Sounds like it might by a bug with DVDFab 8 causing the crash. Did you upload all those dump files that came up as well?

Hopefully that will help them narrow the problem down.

Yes same message for me, but strange, because before with dvdfab 7.xxxxx i never have this kind of message.

You shoudld try to use an version 7.xxxx to look what message you have, then make same with 8.0.

P.S. : just righ now i reinstal dvdfab 8.0, and i loose my register key, but he put a movie folder instead of keys

well, i uninstall 8.0.0.5 then i make CCLEANER for emply register key (and all stuff could create problem), then i restarr computer then i reinstal dvdfab 7.0.8.2 and.... IT WORK AGAIN

So, i confirm, there is a bug somewhere on the newest version.
