BD Ripper (3D Plus) sound and lips off with blue ray ripper MKV/AVI/MP4 HELP!!

hello im new to dvdfab and im using the beta version.
im ripping my blue rays to my external drive that connects to my WD live box.

out of 267 movies i OWN i have 3 that just wont work at all.

3:10 to yuma will NOT rip to a MKV, MP$ /AVI works but sound and lips are way off

Friday sound and lips way off tried ripping to mkv,avi,mp4 all same outcome

Rush Hour 3 sound and lips way off. same as above.

How do i go about using dvdfab to correct the sound so it matches and any ideas on 3:10 to Yuma?
thanks and awesome product and very easy to use. only 3 movies out of 267 now thats bad ass.

    thanks

    Hi roughneck,

    Thanks for report the problem.

    looks there are two problem,

the first one, "3:10 to yuma" cannot be convert to MKV ? which profile is your selected ?

the second, the three disc all have the sync problem in mainmovie playlist when convert to file, which audio track is your selected, DTS or AC3 ?

if it's possible, please give us the disc information, like buy link in amazon, so we can find this disc to test it.

    thanks again

click on the green check mark top right

then click general tab on left

          then click AV Codec tab

on the boxes at right select software for all of them in the drop down menus
          Video Decode-------- select software
          h264
          vcl
          mpeg2

          Video Encode------- select software

          try that worked for me.
