Failure due to insufficent GPU memory

I have tried to use the application 3 times now (Photo Perfect option) and with nothing else running in the background I get the same error message!



Can I also advise that the application does not retain my DVDFab 365 password. I have to enter it each time I start the app? On opening the app it states trial until I enter my password, it retains my email address.

Once again I will ask for some feedback on the use of the application and the issue. At present the application cannot be used!

I have updated to the latest release and I have had to authorise the app again and get the same 'cannot use issue'. What is the point of paying the 365 yearly subscription if I cannot get a member of staff to resolve the issue?
