DVDFab Video Enhancer Enhancer AI Fails 100% Reproducible After Installer New AMD RX6750 Graphics Card

I have attempted to the last 2 versions, 1030, 1029. Once the process starts, it fails almost immediately. When I first ran it on 1030, I had an old Nvidia GTX980 that did not have a supported GPU, so only CPU processing was supported. It ran, but it was going to take many hours to complete (these are not long video files). I then replaced it with the AMD card, but now it just fails every time. In my last run, I unchecked the GPU options in settings, but it did not make a difference.

The utilities log repeatedly shows:

If the AMD issue gets resolved, do not expect fast conversions using hardware support e.g. using hardware support a 3 minute video can take over 30 minutes to process using my RTX 3080 10GB GDDR6X. And for my old home videos, a 30 minute one can take overnight and with only a very minimal improvement to the quality of the old video
