I've sent an email via the support web page. I've not heard anything back today. I keep "registering" the MAC version after buying the lifetime package yet it never shows registered and any rips show the DVD logo in the upper-left corner of the video.
Even taking into account the overseas address, there has been time yet no reply to my problem. This means there has been a number of hours where I can't use what I paid over $200 for.
Why is this?
