    Blu-ray Copy Scan time?

Anyone who has successfully used Blu-ray Copy for Mac is welcome to answer this question:

How long is it supposed to take to scan a Blu-ray disc before you copy it?

Our windows version would take a couple of minutes to scan, but so far our Mac version has taken several hours and it's still not done. Seriously, I could have watched the entire movie in that amount of time. I have never been able to get anything to work correctly on the Mac version. I'm so frustrated that I'm about to ask for a refund. This is acting more like beta software and I don't feel it's right to be charged money for it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Hi AngelArs,
DVDFab for mac will take several minutes but not so long.
Please using the latest build 8138 for mac and post the info about the BD-ROM and PC.
    Enjoy yourself.

Hi Terry. Yes it is 8138. Brand new LG WH12LS39. New Mac mini with 8Gigs. Using Firewire to connect WH12LS39. Blu-ray Copy only sees the disc if I choose the 'movie only' option. In full or clone no drive or disc ever shows up. It's the clone portion that I need to work. The movie scanned was Cowboys and Aliens. For troubleshooting purposes I just formatted a drive, and installed a brand new copy of OS X on it. Fresh copy of Blu-ray Copy too. Still all the same symptoms as before, so that basically rules out everything but the Blu-ray Copy software. Here is a copy of the log file:
