DVD ripper not working

Thanks for trying, not sure I should have to go through all those girations to get something working that I paid for? Also saw another post somewhere asking someone why they opened the file from their HDD and not the DVD directly, so not sure that will work either? Hopefully one of the developers will chime in

By the way, I just tried several of these with Handbrake and they worked perfectly with Handbrake, wish I had found that first, especially since it is free compared to $50+.
