I hate to appear stupid but I can't get the license to download. The button is there but it does not appear to be active. When I open up Fab to enter the regis key it states 'USER NAME and PASSWORD' ???????

9 works a little different. Go here and create an account using the email address you used when you purchased DVDFab and any password and then register using those.How to post the internal log
