I hate to appear stupid but I can't get the license to download. The button is there but it does not appear to be active. When I open up Fab to enter the regis key it states 'USER NAME and PASSWORD' ???????

9 works a little different. Go here http://www.dvdfab.com/member.htm and create an account using the email address you used when you purchased DVDFab and any password and then register using those.How to post the internal log
