Reinstalled my mac from scratch. Went to install 12.0.3.3 and no, it's still broken for OSX 10.13.

The link you sent is for 12.0.2.1. So it doesn't cover all the new protections.

When will we get the fix rolled into the current versions?

After you install that version and repair it, it should be able to update to new versions and continue to work. Please have a try first.
