It seems that the problem appears with version 13.0.3.3. I see the same thing on a Macbook Pro M3Pro. Is it otherwise a re-build of the unregistered version? -

the latest version of apple silicon dvd fab is slow and does not use gpu acceleration at all. disc copy (bluray) is burning at maximum 0.9x while the old version did it at 5x and less than 10 mins. now I'm waiting 1 hour or more to burn 1 disc...terribleComment
