DVDFab and Macbook Pro M4 Max videotoolbox problem

Hello, with the Macbook Pro M4 Max the videoToolbox encode not work with the H.265, only the H264 is ok...

Whats the problem ?

It seems that the problem appears with version 13.0.3.3. I see the same thing on a Macbook Pro M3Pro. Is it otherwise a re-build of the unregistered version?
