3.2.0.1 is a really old version. Why not install 5.0.0.7 and give it a try.

          Hello,

To completely remove Player 3, you can go to control panel to uninstall Player 3, and then go to Documents and where you install Player 3 to remove the left files manually. You can use some free tool to clean the registries of Player 3 and then start from scratches.

We no longer offer support to Player 3, you can try all the features of Player 5 thirty days for free, we suggest that you download the latest version of Player 5 at http://www.dvdfab.cn/download.htm to trial it out first. Player 5 is more stable, and it can offer you better playback experience. Please kindly download and try it out.

          Regards,
          Mona
