    Cannot open dvds

    Hi,

    Having issues with Media player playing. Uninstalled and reinstalled again from a copy downloaded from fab website. Insert dvd and its seems to start but get nothing but blank screen. Any idea's? running Dvdfab Media Player 3.2.0.1 on Windows 10 Pro Version 1709 OS Build 16299.248. Thanks in advance

    3.2.0.1 is a really old version. Why not install 5.0.0.7 and give it a try.

      cost more than anything, plus dont use player all that much

        does anyone know how to completely remove media player and then maybe i will try a reinstall to see if that helps

          To completely remove Player 3, you can go to control panel to uninstall Player 3, and then go to Documents and where you install Player 3 to remove the left files manually. You can use some free tool to clean the registries of Player 3 and then start from scratches.
