When playing MP4 files the player puts 10 null files in the folder or thumb drive, other players don't do that?

I stumbled upon if I open the program and browse to the file using the "+" it does not put the null files in the folder, but if I double click on the file to play it will do the null file thing every time. Might try that until they fix the software.How to post the internal log

WilsonPlease post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
