DVDFab Player - Message "failed to check update"

I am the owner of the DVD Player (the new version is running).

When I want to check if there is a new version available, I get the message "Failed to check update, please retry or visit DVDFab website for the latest versioon".

Any ideas why it doesn't work ?

If I have to reinstall the software, do I have to desauthorize it on the PC ?

The other softwares like DVDFab, DVDPasskey are answering correctly and they check the updates by themselves.

Please locate the folder "DVDFab Player 6" which is under Documents, zip and send it to us to help check the "failed to check update" issue.

Normally, you don't need to deauthorize to reinstall the software.
