PlayerFab app hang - LOTR playback

When I launch PlayerFab (7.0.1.3) to playback UHD Lord of the Rings The Two Towers (UPC 883929704736) the app does nothing but display a spinning disc icon and then a black screen where nothing further happens. The timecode shows 00:00:00 / 00:05:00 and no controls work at this point. Naturally no menus are ever shown and I have to forcefully close the app.

Please submit the log folder to better check the problem, thanks.

Just to confirm though, can you load the disc successfully using DVDFab 12?

I'll need some other way of sending you the log folder. "Log.zip exceeds PHP's maximum file size limit of 2MB." Zipped up my log folder is about 8MB.

Also "You are not authorized to edit this post". My own post I'm not authorized to edit? This forum is crazy restrictive.

        DVDFab12 processes the disc successfully.

Please try to submit the log file using the Feedback feature in PlayerFab. Or you can send the log file to this email directly.

There is a time limit for editing a post.

Please use DVDFab 12 Copy module to create a Folder or ISO file and then use PlayerFab to play it to see the result.

This was within 2 minutes of creating the unapproved post.

I created the ISO. PlayerFab still hangs. No result change.

Well the Feedback feature has no way to attach a file, so not sure what you intended there. I'll just email directly.

The Feedback will submit the log file automatically.
Anyway, I have received the log file sent through email. The developer will check.

The developer checks your log file and suggests that you use Simple mode to load the movie disc to try again and see the result. Please have a try, thank you.

No change. Same behavior with ISO or disc in Simple mode.

Is there any update on this? Did the logs provide anything useful?
