    thanks for your help again.
i can't find anymore logs for warhorse, so what i'll do is clear all the logs and try it again as since warhorse i've cloned ansd shrunk jack reacher, skyfall etc and its fall of logs.
i will post a log afterwards...you never know i might be lucky and it works this time... ps i put the last warhorse that froze onto disc using img but it didn't play.
maybe i got img settings wrong or maybe the files were corrupt as it froze, not really sure why as it plays on the pc ok with the side by side screens.
    hi here is the log

      should be 3 things
      1 uncheck lightning recording
2 put a checkmark in use all software
3 uncheck enable dxva acclertion thats it for GPU

Their one for cpu that you can adjust from max to normal.

I have this movie so if this doesn't work i can try when i have a chance i am backed up helping 2 other people and have a 3d problem of my own before i can try it.

Most 3d tv's can do this on the fly can't yours? as it's no better than my Samsung on the fly 3d simulator it adds depth but no pop out effects and that's what fabs does also.

      Update to 9.0.3.5 also

The last file you made you said completed but the program hung at the ending did that file turn out ok?

I am making a copy War horse 3d side by side now to see if the program hangs at the end.

the one i made before that hung at the end played ok on the pc, but when i burned it with img it didn't play on blu ray player.

the new one i have just done.... this time it has gone all the way through so looking good. downside being when i played it on pc the audio was the descriptive one for people short of sight. do you know if it will have any other audio options on it before i try to burn it with img.

just to check i'm doing img correct with the mt2s blu ray files.

                i go build
browse for file put it in box.
                options have udf 2.5
pop disc in and away we go

You should only have the 7.1 hd sound track unless you checked remove hd audio or if in fabs software settings you checked remove hd audio for all movies.

The default is unchecked so hd audio will be included. So the descriptive
                  audio should not be included.

On your software player hit the audio button and see how many soundtracks their are on the converted movie should only be 1.

My convert will be done in a hour and a half so i will check the audio and video when done and get back to you.

When you put the movie in blu ray ripper did you hit the audio tab on the top and pull down the audio tracks on that movie and change the audio from the track fab selected?Fab should have selected DTS HD 7.1 sound and that's what you should have on your movie unless you changed it.My convert will be done in 48 mins.

i don't think i changed it, if i did i would have done it by accident when carrying out the ticking and unticking of the boxes in general tab etc.
can't be sure, we will know soon when yours is done.
if yours is ok and i use your exact settings.. then all should be good.
again, thanks for all your help

I don't mean in software settings i mean setting up the movie in ripper when you can pick a audio track ( I didn't tell you about this because i didn't want to confuse you) Go set one up now you will see the audio bar on top on the right (audio soundtrack) under audio click the box its a pull down showing all the audio tracks on the disk you highlight the one you want then its that soundtrack that fab will use.

Fab will pick the hd audio track and you don't have to do anything as that's the sound that Fab will record so you see you would have to pull the pull down box and change the sound tracks to get one that's different from the one Fab picks. So you should remember if you did this right?

You understand these files you are making are 3d data files not blu rays even if the file is very large and you put it on a blu ray disk its still a 3d data file any non 3d blu ray player should be able to play them and if you put the files on a db9 or db5 most newer regular dvd players will play them. They are hi definition 3d data files. They need a 3d tv set to side by side to put the 2 side by side pictures together to get 3d.

I got 7.1 sound and so should you. Also the file made it all the way through and I used hi quality it took 8hrs 5 mins using cuda for decoding and encoding (I know you don't have cuda) the file is 15.3 gigs so its large enough so it would have to go on a blu ray if i burned it.

The picture looked washed out to me the blacks not good and the letterbox bars were not real black as should be.The 3d was not good hardly any depth at all and this movie has some real good scenes that show things near and far at the same time something 3d needs to look real good.

My Samsung 3d plasma using on the fly 3d was much better than this with deep blacks and a lot of depth. As far as I am concerned I will never use this but I did it for you so I hope you enjoy yours.I could use all software to see if the video gets better but like i said i will never use this as my tv does it much better.
