10.0.19 will not license

I have made the purchase of the converter to go with my ripper, and am good to go on my account items listed, but the program will not authorize the purchase. I have uninstalled numerous times and reauthorized it, but the converter does not activate though I have a lifetime purchase for my iMac.
I have emailed and sent feedback but no replies so far.
any suggestions???
