Which profile did you choose? MKV.passthrough or M2TS.passthrough? Please send us dvdfab_internal log, thanks. The default location for log file is: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab11\Log

Please download MediaInfo (free) at https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo/Download , and then use mediainfo to analyze the source file and the converted file, then send us the two analyzed files, thanks.

I don't want to use passthrough
I want to make the file smaller

I sincerely apologize for not replying you timely. The QA team and developers need time to disagnoze and do some tests.

Our latest tests show that the next new version has fixed the issue. Please kindly wait for the new version, thank you.

Our QA team says that the output file of h265.10bit will keep HDR. But the output file of mkv.h265 will not keep HDR. Please download and install 11.0.2.0 at http://www.dvdfab.cn/download.htm to convert and see the result.
