Uhd creator 10.0.8.3 beta bugs

Tested and the results are quite strage... source was MKV with HEVC stream, Dolby Vision Stread (as second video), TrueHD+Atmos, Dolby Digital and Dolby Digital + few SUPs.

TrueHD+Atmos converted to Dolby Digital 448kbps and Dolby Vision is as SDR? But when I open the structure in UHD Copy module, it shows 4K UHD DOLBY VISION.

Your find way to make Dolby Vision Video and Used for UHD Creator.
This is not support yet.
dolby vision will be support soon.

For TrueHD+Atmos in mkv most not have core stream, which is need for BD m2ts.
So we use AC3 for now. This will improve later.

I tried to convert MKV HEVC HDR files with the new UHD Creator feature:

Bugs :

- No HDR on output disc (tested with differents HDR files)
- No output to BD 25 / BD 50

- No HDR on output disc (tested with differents HDR files)

We test on OPPO 203, the result UHD have HDR .
Please provide your source file media info. And more detail steps and infos. So We can reproduce this. Thanks.
