Lady Bird won't work

The US version of Lady Bird keeps looking at the disk and never finds a title. Just seems to reset and looks again.

Actually I am using the 64bit version 10.0.8.4 for windows. Also tried version 9 and version 8. same results, cannot rip.

I find a work around by making a physical DVD5 of the main movie, then ripping it to a MP4. That seemed to work.
