Might be worth noting that if you're doing a 'pass thru' Rip, the video card isn't used - since that's a straight bit for bit copy.
I don't think that's the issue here, but if you've been doing pass thru all this time, then there is no problem - it's working as expected.

I am doing a DVD rip in "main movie". It used to be fast, now it takes 15-20 minutes per DVD.

Isn't CUDA used for a main movie rip?

CUDA is used if you're re-compressing the stream, if it's just a straight copy, then no, it's not used.
Note that Ripper has both modes, so the use of Rip alone isn't enough to know if cuda should be used.
I generally rip everything 1:1 so I never use CUDA ever, but from time to time I'll go back and convert something that's already been ripped to h.265 and when I do that I see CUDA assist.

Also not sure why but DVD's seem to take longer to rip than blu rays do (both in 1:1 copy mode)
