DVDFab v12.0.8.2 (Win) A/V codec question

Bought a new pc and when I go to A/V codec I have this message on the bottom. What does it mean? and is it important?

Graphics Chipset :
Note: To enable Intel Quick Sync technology, you must switch to Intel HD Graphics.
Intel(R) UHD Graphics 730 Driver Version: 30.0.101.1002

Supported Video Codecs :

CoreAVC : cannot be detected.

I never use that option, I use dvd creator, blu-ray creator, I also use converter to reduce the size of file.

I'll check if I can update the graphic card drivers.

Fix it, had to download the latest intel HD graphic. It worked now
