Night Court Season 1 Episode 1 in addition to the original episode, the DVD also includes the same episode with commentary by creator, producer and writer Reinhold Weege. Currently DVDFab only wants to rip it with commentary. Anybody know if it is possible to rip it with out the commentary and if so how?

I assume you are using the "ripper" option inside DVDFab.
Try clicking on the audio track shown inside the dialog box that lines up with "audio" shown directly above that dialog box. Hopefully it will display a drop-down box allowing you to choose which audio track you want. -
