13.0.0.3 crashes immediately upon launch

    13.0.0.3 crashes immediately upon launch

    I downloaded/installed 13.0.0.3 today, and it crashes right after it launches, every time, so it's completely unusable. I tried the online and offline installers, with the same behavior. I was able to reinstall 13.0.0.1, which I had saved.

    Can you provide a direct link to the 13.0.0.2 offline installer, so that I can install that version? I only have 13.0.0.1 saved, and that one is not good, due to the UI issues (some of which were fixed in 13.0.0.2).

    Me too, 13.0.0.3 starts with an error message
    after programme delete and reinstall
    it works​ only one time

    from then on false start again​
    Win10

          I had the same issue.

          Downloaded the 13.0.0.3 standalone installation file and ran it and it now works.


          Windows 10 64 bit.

            I can confirm this issue.
            After installation die new version, the error message appears.
            OS: WIN10 Pro

              Not for me. As I mentioned in my original post, I tried the online and offline (standalone) installers, both with the same result. I am also using Win10 x64.

                Please post your logs the default location is:
                For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
                For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
                Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
                If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
