DVDFab 13 download of the UHD Drive tool not possible

    Specific Feature DVDFab 13 download of the UHD Drive tool not possible

    on my laptop, i had previous dvdfab12 version installed. with that version, the uhd drive toll worked. but now with the latest dvdfab13 version not. it was not working, since i upgraded from 12 to 13 at the beginning. at the beginning, there was a message, to use dvdfab12 with the uhd drive tool, because the uhd drive tool is not compatible in the moment. since few updates, the uhd drive tool is now siupportet with 13. but i can not get it work. its also not starting to download.
    this is a part from the log:

    Please close DVDFab13, and then go to where you installed DVDFab 13, find the path as shown in the image above, and remove the file named UHDDriveTool.xml.
    Run DVDFab 13 and click the tool under the Utilities tab to try again. It will need to complete the download before it can start up.

      dont work- i did a reinstall and tried again. it is also not working. not on my laptop, and not on my desktop pc:

      with dvdfab12 i had no problems. not on my laptop or desktop pc.

          i updated to the newest version minutes ago. now the installation works, and the tool also is starting, but it crashes right after the start. i already send a crash report via the fabreport.

            i have tested it on my desktop pc and on my desktop pc it is working now with the same version. something is differnt on my laptop. perhaps win11. on my desktop pc is win 10 installerd.
