DVDFab 11 says Available GPU Memory is 0.0 GB (new PC, Windows 11)

I'm still using DVDFab 11 part of the time because it gives me a fairly quick upscale. It's not perfect, but neither are my eyes, and even the latest version of UniFab takes a while. Here's the thing:

I ran DVDFab 11 on my old PC (BIY Core i3, 16 gb RAM, nvidia GTX 1050i, Windows 10) and it ran great.

But I built a new PC for Windows 11 (Core i9, 32 gb RAM, nvidia RTX 3050). DVDFab 11 handles a straight rip and conversion without trouble, but in the ver.11 AI upscale module it fails. I've posted a screenshot below, where it's noted that the card meets the standard but has no GPU memory available. I've uninstalled and reinstalled ver.11 three times without change. I don't understand it; the video card is recognized by everything else, including DVDFab 13 and UniFab. Is it due to the age/coding of ver.11?

CORRECTION: there is a log folder now. I was just looking at fabcheck_internal.log and it shows the nvidia RTX 3050. Unfortunately, Windows is saving it to my OneNote folder, which I can't access easily due to having shut off OneNote. I'll see if I can copy it here.

Does anyone have any thoughts? It's not the end of the world if it won't work, but I can't help thinking there's a simple fix.

    Thanks.

I can't get that log to appear in the first note, so here it is.

Update - new nvidia drivers available today. I tried the game-ready version and then with the creative version. No change. I'm getting the impression that DVDFab 11 isn't compatible with RTX 3050, since the gpu works with DVDFab 13 and UniFab. That would be the simplest answer, but it's just a guess. I placed the GTX 1050ti in my wife's computer and would rather not pull it back.

      .......................................

NOTE: I just checked the fabcheck_internal.log file for DVDFab 13, and it lists the video card I used to use: GTX 1050ti. I don't understand this at all, since it's not the card I'm using, and a card that has never been in this computer. Somewhere DVDFab 13 got the message that I'm still running the old card even though it's a clean install in a computer than's never used the old card. How does that happen?

I think I found the problem. I uninstalled everything to start with version 11 from scratch. When it was loaded, it returned the message that RTX 3050 is not supported. Apparently the 3050 is just too new for version 11. That means either going back to the old GPU, or figuring out something else.

Thanks anyway. As I said before, the new GPU works with version 13 and UniFab.
