Problems with DRM Downloader

When i am trying to download shows it will start downloading for a few seconds then stop like codename kids next door season 5 episode 3 it will download for a few seconds but then it will stop downloading and take me back to the home page, last time i opened the program i was able to download without problems. Also sometimes when trying to download shows only the audio will be downloaded not the video like Dexter's Laboratory season 1 episode 1 it only downloads the audio and not the video.

Sorry forgot to mention that it was hbomax im having problems with

now it is saying to make sure i am not in private browsing mode when trying to download from hbo max. Also iv'e just upgraded to the new drm version and have been testing out the amazon downloader and am getting problems with the audio not working after its finished downloading / or the video will fail. sometimes i am able to redownload and the audio will work but others still have no audio. i'm attaching the log for the amazon issues.

What version are you using? The log says 3.0.0.6, which is not current.
