Disney+ no audio

The app keeps muting the audio on the playback when it starts recording in the preview window and there is no sound in the finished download (not certain if the two are related or not)

This happens even if I manage to re-enable the audio by clicking on the speaker icon after restarting the downloader.

On the plus side videos that were not completing in 3.0.8 seem to be downloading (albeit without audio) now

had to zip the log it was over the size limit for forum uploads

Uninstalled and reinstalled and audio now "works", but only at 125kbps

Thanks and glad it is working. There are plans to give users more control of audio, video bitrates for the output files in the future. For the logs it is better to select only the log session that relates to the problem using a text editor like Notepad, then upload the session as a new file, they are quite small and under the limit and it saves time for the developers by avoiding having to search through a zip to find the relevant entry.
