CBS cuts off beginning and and end of stream

Tried downloading Star Trek: The Original Series Season 1, Episode 0 from CBS

Download completed but is missing the first few seconds and the last few seconds (42 seconds in total)

no download acceleration, no batching

I used a different program befor Downloader came out & never had a problem.
