Latest version 3.0.1.3 constantly freezing and failing queue

Upgraded to version 3.0.1.3. It worked fine for the first day, but the next day, it's failing on all items in the queue. Then after it fails a handful of files, the program just locks up and freezes. Also, the filenames are showing incorrectly. There's no episode name, just episode number. For example:

Instead of cheers 1x01 pilot, it will show cheers 1x01 episode 1.

Anyone else having this issue?

I've uninstalled and reinstalled a fresh copy of this latest 3.0.1.3 version and still no luck.
