No Audio From Amazon

Using the trial version of DRM downloader, Video downloaded fine but no audio on any of the 3 trial videos I downloaded.

Any Ideas why? Obviously won't purchase until I can prove it will download a movie correctly

Please attach the drmDownloader.log file. What are you using for playback? If you are getting EAC-3 audio from Amazon you playback device may not handle it. Try a different playback device.

Upgraded to 365 to try and get this to work, seems to be a waste of money, feeling ripped off now.

No it is not getting EAC-3, according to the log "amazon skip this unavailable audio file" so getting video with no audio.

I am testing amz now on v3.0.2.0. It does not work any differently if you have 365. Did you try playback on a different device, such as VLC or Fab Player 6?

There was no audio in the file, player would be irrelevant.
After 6 times trying in a row it did eventually download with audio.
It seems very random as to whether audio is downloaded or not as I have tried multiple times with various films.
Attached is the mediainfo screenshot that shows a the file from the previous log and one that was finally successful.

My amz test worked fine, but many players can’t handle EAC-3 in mp4, which is why I asked about the player. Glad it is working for you now.
