Disney, unable to download 480p

This sounds maybe a bit silly but I am trying to D/L one the series in 480p and it doesn't work. It seems that it picks by default the best resolution. Please note that I am trying the TRIAL version. Is there any limitation?

Note that in my settings. Download VIDEO is set to ASK ME EVERYTIME.

The trial version has no functional limitations, it is limited by how many titles you can download (3).

Have you tried selecting 480p in StreamFab Sertings?

There is no such settings. We will consider adding an option to download in 480p in the future.
