Disney downloader crashing on start of download 4.0.2.2

I updated yesterday to streamfab 4.0.2.2. It has been downloading fine for a little bit on Amazon, but the Hulu module randomly crashes after a few downloads, and the Disney module crashes every time I click the download button. It doesn't even attempt to download, just crashes. The main window with the streaming services stays up, it's the downloaders that crash or close unexpectedly. I'd upload the logs, but after reviewing the most recent logs, I see that it has automatically uploaded to you. Here's some info on the last attempt with disney:

maybe instead of clicking download, first add to queue, then wait about 10 seconds, then download...also clear out history

Did you update using the "online" update prompt? or did you download the offline installer to update? If you used the online installer, try the offline installer -> https://dvdfab.cn/mlink/download.php?g=StreamFab_x64

Having the exact same problem ad to queue doesn't work. I tried on 2 new episodes and got crashes. Tried on a movie that's been there a little while and it worked fine. I think Disney may have updated the encryption or whatever on the new stuff.

IronicMan - They are queues that won't download. I can close and re-open the program, wait 5 minutes, then click download on the queue and it still crashes.

KidJoe - Offline installer fixed it. I thought about it already but was afraid of losing my queue. I thought what the heck and tried after just reading this and it fixed the problem. So weird.

I just tried everything you guys mentioned above and I still have the problem, it just takes a few seconds to crash while waiting for a video to start. I will post again with the log files after I recreate the issue

I was having that problem but adding to the queue first, then downloading it worked...it was working until today but stopped working a short while ago, and using the Offline installer did not fix it.

I un-installed and installed streamfab again.. Disney+ still does not work. it just sits there waiting for a video to start. I clicked on cancel after the browser screen went blank for a while. here are the logs.

I had the same issue and I de-selected the subtitles and it seems to be working for me now. Have you tried downloading just the video and audio without the subtitles? I have noticed sometimes with updates of StreamFab that people have fixed crash issues and issues with movies not downloading by not downloading the subtitles with the movies and then getting the subtitles from somewhere online. The issue usually gets fixed in subsequent updates. Not sure why it happens when updating though. Hope this helps!

corey75. Do not place log text in the message area of a post. This delays getting your data to the developers and if everyone did it it would make forum page loads very slow.
