Problem with audio on Netflix downloader

Hi, Was wondering if anyone else as experienced problems with 5.1 audio not being downloaded with films or tv from Netflix downloader? In the settings menu everything is marked for EAC3 and AC3. But when in Netflix the only option is AAC 5.1 which is not 5.1 on play back. Any help would be grateful.
