[Solved] StreamFab Gets Stuck on Splash Screen when starting up.

When I start up StreamFab on my Windows 10 PC, it gets stuck on the initial red and blue splash screen where it says:" Accessing Server Information". I wait several minutes and it is still stuck. I have to end the task with WindowsTask Manager. I have version 6.1.4.4 but it happened in the previous version too.

Did you check the firewall or antivirus software? Please make sure that StreamFab is not blocked by them.

Thanks, Mona. It was my anti-virus (Kaspersky). I had been "pausing protection" before and still had the problem. Today I tried fully exiting Kaspersky and StreamFab started up normally.
