    Does the DVDFab support team look at this forum?

    Seriously, I see users posting with logs, myself included, and not one DVDFab member has commented since the end of January 2024. Is there a better way to request support?

    I gotta admit I've been using Fab for a very long time and the support here has drastically declined. You can try the Contact Us option on the bottom right of the screen to contact them directly which is what I'm going to have to do if I never get a reply here.

      You can go to your profile "Dashboard" in the Member section and click on "Get Support"..... and over on the right you'll see where you can click on "New Ticket".....

      This will allow you to open a service ticket for your problem..... but it's been my experience that it leaves a lot to be desired..... Maybe other Users have had more success.
