Seriously, I see users posting with logs, myself included, and not one DVDFab member has commented since the end of January 2024. Is there a better way to request support?

This will allow you to open a service ticket for your problem..... but it's been my experience that it leaves a lot to be desired..... Maybe other Users have had more success.
