    Trouble ticket response

    How long does it normally take to get any response after submitting a trouble ticket? I created a ticket two full days ago and nothing.

    Hi Chuck, normally we will respond in 48 hours except for weekends and Chinese holidays.
    By checking the records, your ticket has been responded to, please kindly check at DVDFab Member Center > Ticket.

      Thanks for the reply. I did just see they replied to the ticket after I posted this on the forum. Sorry to jump the gun but I figured I would have gotten a response quicker. I guess since the request was initiated by me on a Sunday, that is where the extra time came in. I will do the steps outlined in the ticket when I can. You can close this post if you want to.
