5.0.0.2 AppleTV+ only downloads 420p even when set for higher

How do I upload logs?

ATV+ is only downloading 480p even though I set default to a higher value (not Best) and beside the download it shows the orange circled 720p and AAC icons while downloading. And after the download, the app says it is 720p but if I view the file, it is 480p.

same still today, greyhound showed 720p while downloading, file is 480p

Still happening. And, can't upload log:
Upload failed due to your usergroup's upload quota. This file will require 724.2 KB but you only have 195.5 KB of 1.91 MB remaining.
