Some Subtitles Don't Appear In Episodes Correctly

I am having problems with subtitles in Trailer Park Boy - Season 10. I am having to extract to SRT because I am only getting one line of the subtitles. This is with Netflix US.

I think I know why but I don't know exactly how to fix it. I believe it has to do with the fonts/formats of the STs. Some seasons seem OK and others only show 1 line of text. If I am seeing correctly, sometimes the fonts are bigger in the 1 liners and smaller in the properly working STs.

This may be due to my settings being set for Full HD 1080P and not all episodes/seasons are in that format. I don't know how to check the settings for each season and match the settings. It doesn't really bother me when the episodes are stretched to 1080 since this series isn't that important.

Hope I am making sense here.

Would logs show this issue. I can redo an episode and send them.

We could not duplicate the issue, please update to the latest version 3010 to try again and provide us more info for checking it out, thanks.

Sorry it took so long. Got side tracked.

Anyway, this is for Netflix US - Swearnet Live (Part of Trailer Park Boys).

Again, only 1 line of subtitles (bottom line) and this movie was in HD.

The qetdrm.log file is too big. I'll try cutting some out and send it separately. (Sorry, I can't figure out where to break it.)

We could not duplicate the subtitle issue with the latest version, please update to try again. If still have a problem, please post the latest log file and show us some related screenshots to help check it out.

I just finished testing using version 3.0.1.2. I am getting files from US Netflix.

I still only get 1 line of sub-titles. The show name is Trailer Park Boys, Season 10, Episode 1, all English.

I am attaching the logs.

Here is the last log. Your system only allows 4 files and the logs are 5.

As a follow-up, used handbrake to remux the subtitles into the show from the downloaded show and the rst file and they were showing correctly with multiple lines of sub title.
